Exemestane like all aromatase inhibitors (AI) is useful to the steroid using athlete for the prevention of unwanted side-effects such as Gynecomastia and excess water retention. Aromasin is similar to other aromatase inhibitors such as Arimidex and Letrozole but has a few unique characteristics.
